I am currently looking for a dynamic, committed and conscientious EA to the CEO and Senior Management team. This is an exciting temp to perm opportunity based within an independent and not-for-profit membership organisation.
We require a problem solver that has a confident manner, discretion, tact and a high level of confidentiality, plus the ability to maintain working relationships at all levels including Committee & Board members.

Main duties and responsibilities:
To provide swift, accurate and confidential secretarial and administrative support to the Chief Executive and Senior Management Team
Manage the Chief Executive's busy diary which involves liaison with high profile and senior personnel including Vice-Chancellors, Chief Executives, and Directors of corporations and MPs
Draft letters to business leaders and government ministers for the CEO
Monitor multiple inboxes, replying and organising as required
Minute internal and external meetings/events as required
Coordinate staff away days
Organise travel arrangements, accommodation and visas
Manage incoming and outgoing post

To be the first point of contact for the organisation:
Answer telephone and field enquiries from external bodies
Maintain a clear, professional office entrance and reception area to ensure that visitors have a positive first impression of the organisation and to greet guests, offering a warm welcome
Other responsibilities:
Assist NCUB's Membership team with arranging business and university meetings
Update the CRM accordingly, and monitor staff usage and needs, arranging training where needed
Oversee the recruitment of new staff including training and induction and maintain central record of staff annual leave
Manage office stock, Petty Cash allowance and maintain receipts and records and complete weekly sock
