Salary: Circa £36,000 - £45,000

Position:  12 Month FTC (with possibility for extension)

The position:

Our client is a National Leading Charity and they are recruiting for this newly created role of Internal Communications Content Manager.  This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively within the Internal Communications and Digital teams; being the lead on all internal communications content for the Intranet and Workplace. You will develop and implement an internal communications content strategy and be an advocate for Workplace; engaging their near 10,000 staff and 20,000 volunteers nationwide.

Requirements:

• You will have experience of being a content lead across Internal Communications specifically Website and Intranet etc (Workplace desirable).
   
• Experience of online content development, including writing for the web, and able to show examples of inspiring content which measurably drove action.
   
• Experience and an understanding in using metrics and user feedback to enhance content.
   
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and management experience, confident in a management role where you can bring your own ideas and are able to problem-solve.
