Our services are based on one site in the city centre and we offer face to face, telephone and web-based services, as well as a range of exciting projects with external funders, offering services and support to clients and customers both in the city and beyond.

We are now seeking a suitably qualified, experienced and highly motivated project manager to take forward a new portfolio of projects under our utilities theme of work. We currently work with Western Power Distribution to deliver the Power Up! scheme in the West Midlands, and with Severn Trent Water to deliver the Big Difference Scheme. In addition we will shortly be embarking on new services to deliver advice and guidance to customers facing fuel poverty, alongside other local Citizens Advice offices in Reading and Manchester.

To be successful, you will need to have excellent project management and implementation skills, including experience of setting up a new initiative, project or organisation, and will be able to evidence high-level people management and leadership skills.

This is a busy environment and you will need excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to work with colleagues across our organisation and with external stakeholders and funders in delivering a high quality service in line with KPIs and other measures of success.

Above all you will need to be passionate about offering an effective service to those most in need and eager to embrace the core values of Coventry Citizens Advice.

A driving licence and use of a car would be useful for this role.
