Supporter Insight Manager
Today, 12 children and young people in the UK hear the shocking news they have cancer. Our client is the UK’s leading cancer charity for children and young people, and their families, and provides them with clinical, practical, emotional and financial support. You can be a part of helping them cope with cancer and get the most out of life.
Position: Supporter Insight Manager
Location: Bristol or London
Job type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 35.5 hours per week
Salary: £34,512 per annum
Benefits: In return for your commitment, they offer a great reward package, which includes generous annual leave entitlement, pension scheme and season ticket loan.

About the role:
They are looking for an experienced and ambitious Supporter Insight Manager to lead and drive performance of the Supporter Insight Team. Acting in an expert advisory capacity to the charity's income and engagement teams, you will use insightful and intelligent supporter analysis to help inform fundraising and awareness strategies, maximising their effectiveness.
About you:
- Solid background in database marketing, development and management of processes
- Excellent data interpretation and analysis skills
- Previous experience leading a dynamic, delivery-and customer-focused team.
- Creative thinker with the ability to implement and deliver innovative solutions
- Exceptional communicator, able to develop relationships with key stakeholders to better understand their data and reporting requirements
