Supporter Planning Manager
We are working with a well-known charity to recruit a Supporter Planning Manager; the successful candidate will have experience of developing customer journeys within a complex and multi-layered organisation. You will also need excellent relationship building skills with a sound knowledge of developing customer journeys.
Main duties for Supporter Planning Manager:
Lead on planning and delivering customer strategies across the organisation
Lead on customer journey mapping, analysing touch points and making recommendations
Lead on permission strategy, optimising consent contact
Line management and development for one member of staff
Essential criteria for the Supporter Planning Manager:
Experience of developing supporter or customer journeys in a complex organisation
Good understanding of customer relationship management databases
Experience of business process review and implementation of change
Good understanding of GDPR, legislation and permission strategies
In-depth experience of customer journey mapping and implementation
Senior stakeholder management skills
