Prospectus are proud to be partnering with The Lucy Faithfull Foundation in their search for an exceptional new Director of Operations.

The Lucy Faithfull Foundation (LFF) is the only UK-wide charity committed to tackling and preventing child sexual abuse before it happens. Together, their dedicated team of experts work tirelessly to achieve their vision of a world in which children live free from fear, abuse and exploitation. The Director of Operations is a pivotal role for the Foundation and will join a small, dedicated executive team providing outstanding leadership and strategic direction across the organisation.

As LFF's Director of Operations, you will oversee a number of specialised, frontline services, providing targeted, evidence-based interventions to a variety of services users, including those affected by abuse as well as those perpetrating it. You will be instrumental in maintaining and improving the quality of these services, as well as developing new initiatives as the organisation looks to expand its impact. You will lead and inspire a dedicated team of professionals and will work closely in partnership with a variety of external agencies to support the Foundation's continued work. You will work closely with the Finance Director to monitor projects and services, ensuring that they are delivered to time and to budget, and will ensure that measurable outcomes and impact are central to the evaluation of all interventions.

To apply for this role, you will be a strong, supportive senior manager with extensive experience of overseeing specialist frontline services. You will have a profound understanding of child sexual abuse and exploitation, and will have previous experience of working with sex offenders and/or their families and partners. You will have demonstrable experience of setting strategies, implementing change and taking action to control costs and generate income. Overall, you will be an inspiring senior leader, passionate about delivering high-quality preventative measures as a means to keep children safe from harm.
