Head of Individual Giving - Animal Charity

TPP are currently partnering with an established and global animal charity which works in over 50 countries. The charity's vision is to look after animal welfare and put an end to animal cruelty. They are seeking a Head of Individual Giving on a permanent basis, paying £47,000 to £50,000.

The overall purpose of the role is to lead the Individual Giving programme and team covering acquisition, retention and community fundraising. You will provide strategic direction and lead the IG programme, ensuring supporters are at the heart of campaigns to maximise income. You will have line management responsibility and will line manage an Acquisition, Retention and Community Manager. You will also deputise for the UK Director of Fundraising and Marketing when required.

To be successful in this role you will have an excellent income track record in direct marketing across a range of channels or campaigns. You will have sound people management and budgeting experience. You will have strong analytical skills in audience research and segmentation. Finally, you will be passionate about animal welfare and ending animal cruelty.
