You will report to the Chief Officer and have line management responsibility for the Estates Administrator and Handyman/Gardener. The postholder is expected to ensure compliance with health and safety legislation as well as landlord legal obligations. Maintaining properties to a high standard, ensuring conditions surveys are up to date, preparing and budgeting for programmed works, insurance and risk assessment are all part of the role.
