Supporter Care Officer
TPP are solely representing a leading environmental charity, who are seeking part-time, 3 days per week temporary support in their supporter care team.
This is a supporter care role answering enquiries by email, post and phone. Enquiries will range from responding to admin requests (change of address, Direct debit updates, pref changes) to answering questions about our campaigns. The role will also include making some outbound calls to supporters to welcome them to Greenpeace and calls to thank our long-term donors for their ongoing support. From time to time there will be a need to cover reception. For example, lunch cover or when the receptionist is on holiday.
Ideally seeking we'd like someone with Supporter Care and Salesforce experience.

- Experience with CRM systems ideally Salesforce
- Able learn new process and adapt quickly

Employment Type: Temporary ASAP start - 4 months
Salary/rate: £13.66ph - ~£16.03ph - depending on experience level
Working hours: 3 days per week, 22.5pw
