Description
As the Operations Director, you will direct the operations activities for the organisation. You will drive the operational strategy to devise new operational standards, working closely with the sales and commercial finance teams. You will review and develop the operational offering and identify opportunities to grow markets within the group. You will engage with both the private sector, local authorises and be responsible for responding to tenders and bids.
Profile
The successful Operations Director candidate will have -
- A proven track record in a similar position
- A background in areas such as contract outsourcing, food-service, retail services
- Ideally had some experience with response to tenders and bids
- Managed multiple sites across the UK
- Flexible to travel across the UK
