Hours: 35 per week

You will work collaboratively with both internal services and external partners to facilitate and achieve service objectives that maximise opportunities, investment and revenue generation across the Parks, Leisure and Event Estate. 
A key role is to ensure that the Service area's assets are used to help Manchester develop into a prosperous and sustainable city as well as developing value for money. This includes optimising new partnership and sponsorship opportunities for the use of Public Square and spaces, parks and playing fields. Leisure assets and major public events. 


We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, creative and committed individual who is able to identify commercial opportunities to deliver commercial growth. We are looking for an individual who can demonstrate a strong commercial acumen, the ability to lead and develop a team and can engage effectively with external stakeholders and organisations. You will have extensive experience of generating commercial opportunities and sponsorship funding. 
You will report to both the Commercial Lead for Neighbourhoods and the Strategic Lead for Parks, Leisure and Events.
