Job Details
A national children's charity is currently looking for a Senior Trust's Manager to join there busy and vibrant team. You will join the Trust team within the Major Giving Department which has a target of over £3m. This role has become available due to an internal promotion. The position is permanent and based in Central London.
You will lead a successful trust team of around 4 to target. The team seeks donations from £5k to £1m+. You will also manage your own warm portfolio of 20 prospects along with developing new business. You will ensure all donors are engaged and enthused with the work of the charity.
To be successful in this role you will have sound trust experience and have team management experience. You will have excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills. Also, you will be able to write compelling and engaging written material of the highest quality.
