Operations Manager - Mental Health / Support Services

37.5 hours per week

Due to recent expansion our client is delighted to be able to extend their Operational Management Team and wish to recruit a values driven Operations Manager for their Support Services.
Key Responsibilities.

• You will lead in the development and delivery of a Birmingham wide supported housing and floating support portfolio, managing a number of service managers and resources, ensuring these services are delivered to a high standard, and are monitored to ensure key outcomes are achieved.  
• In addition you will also be responsible for managing two much smaller community based services that have been developed with mental health partners. 
• To be responsible for the service budgets, ensuring these services are cost-effectively managed, promoted, resourced and regularly.
