As a senior manager with experience in grant development, building strong teams, relationship management, and driving an impact culture, you will be an ambitious and solution-focussed leader, a strong project manager and communicator with a passion to continuously improve our Chances for Children grants. Ideally, you will also have knowledge of issues around child poverty in the UK.

Specifically, you will:

• Lead and develop our Chances for Children grants programme, ensuring its quality, and impact for beneficiaries is in line with our theory of change.

• Play a full role as a member of the Senior Management Team in the overall leadership and development of the organisation, to formulate and deliver organisational strategies and contribute to business planning.

• Provide strategic direction and management for the Grant Development Officers across the UK

• Build a culture within the grants team that challenges itself to continuously improve our offer to children and young people
