A prestigious client based in central London is looking for a HR Manager to cover a maternity leave in their team of 4.
This professional body is wanting you to join the team and continue Business as usual while the Head of HR is off. You will manage complex ER cases and lead on numerous projects such as:
-A retendering of the Payroll providers and the implementation of the new provider.
-Further development on the in-house recruitment module
-Review the benefits and compensation scheme
-Develop the wellbeing programme
With great benefits as well as £40,000 salary (max) you will need to be available to start within a month and be able to honour the full 12 month contract.
