Website Development Lead
Can you lead within a strategic and developmental role? Do you place value in a customer's journey?
Following successful investment within the Content & News Team, we are proud to once again partner with a highly innovative national health charity based in the city of London. We are leading the search for a driven and ambitious individual to fulfil the role of Website Development Lead, who will be primarily responsible for spearheading the strategy and managing the overall enhancement and on-going optimisation of the organisation's website.
You will play a crucial role in championing and evolving the online experience for customers, ultimately broadening the reach and awareness of the charity's digital content and media activities while also driving online engagement, conversations and increasing the amount of time individuals spend on the website. An integral part of this position will involve the management of an external digital development agency as well as building strong working relationships across teams internally. You will also actively facilitate idea generation and feedback-focussed workshops which will hugely benefit on-going developmental processes.
We are seeking a passionate website product owner who is motivated to enhance customer journeys and who will also relish the opportunity to succeed within an incredibly collaborative and productive working environment. Your interpersonal skills will be of a high standard and your ability to lead dynamically and influence others will be an essential asset to the team. A track record of successfully delivering projects and increasing reach and engagement online is also crucial.
If you are passionate about website development and improving user journeys, confident in leading developmental projects and experienced in driving online engagement and conversations, we would love to hear from you!
