Hours: Full-time, 5 days a week
Salary: £25,000 p. a
Location: Farringdon, London

Our client sets the standards for practising scientists, through professional registration.  They believe that every scientist has a responsibility to society, and themselves, to work with integrity, keep their skills and knowledge up to date and consider how their efforts affect the world around them.

As the Registration and Licensing Team Administrator you will be responsible for providing administrative support to their Registration and Licensing Manager and team.  You will enable the team to deliver effective and efficient registration, licensing and licence support processes to ensure that various stakeholders have a positive and productive experience working with the organisation.

You will be responsible for providing administrative and diary management support, preparing relevant information including reports and presentations, as required.  You will be required to support internal and external stakeholders, building and maintaining effective relationships and ensuring relevant standards, codes of conduct and information are accessible to the science community and public.  You will manage the administration and scheduling of license reviews, assisting in the recruitment of assessors and you will be responsible for monitoring, developing and updating registration and licensing systems, to ensure databases are accurate and systems are continuously improved.

With the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, you will have strong organisational skills, and experience of providing effective administrative support to a team.  You will have strong IT skills, particularly in using Excel, and will have experience of using databases/CRMS, ideally Salesforce. You will have an ability to generate trust, and maintain relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders in a customer-focussed way, and a proven track record of dealing with multiple activities and changing priorities in a busy working environment.
