Are you experienced with Salesforce? Have you completed an implementation before?

Our client is at the beginning of their Salesforce CRM system implementation and are looking for a Systems Manager to liaise between the business and the consulting partner to ensure a smooth transition.

As a Systems Manager, you will work closely with the team to map data from the existing system and prepare for successful data migration. You will also use your mentoring skills to deliver effective training on Salesforce and its capabilities to the team. You will also act initially as the Salesforce Administrator to set up processes and workflows, build dashboards and overall be the CRM Champion.

Minimising disruption to the service delivery is key, therefore you will use your troubleshooting skills and be the point of contact for the internal team and suppliers. This is a fantastic chance to be involved in a greenfield project and make a huge difference to this organisation.
