Job Details
The McTimoney Trust was set up in 1986 to advance the education in, and support training in the McTimoney method of chiropractic, developed by John McTimoney. Originally managing and developing the McTimoney College of Chiropractic), the Trust focuses on promoting the McTimoney Method of Chiropractic by increasing public access to care and by supporting training in the method.
The Director of Operations will ensure that the Trust is run efficiently, effectively, within its legal remit and charitable objectives and that its values are upheld. They will provide support to the Board and Treasurer, develop and manage the business -planning process, manage suppliers, ensure policies are fit-for-purpose, develop and manage a variety of projects, oversee volunteer management, and manage the information, communications and fundraising strategies.
You will need to demonstrate how you run and support a charitable organisation including governance and financial management, that you are self-motivated and a strong relationship manager, can be strategic and operational, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Above all you will be committed to integrated health and ensuring social justice.
