About the role
Sense are recruiting for an enthusiastic and innovative Quality and Compliance Manager. Through your leadership and commitment, you will help to ensure all regulated services are high quality, person centred and continuously improving.

You will work with a team of dedicated professionals to achieve high quality outcomes for those with complex needs through expert advice, guidance and support. As part of the role, you will undertake investigations and reviews, report on findings and make recommendations to ensure the compliance and good practice of our regulated services.

About you 
Our ideal candidate will be a strong leader with experience of working in a Health and Social Care or Education setting. In addition, you will have knowledge of key statutory requirements, for example regulation by CQC, RQIA, CIW or Ofsted, Health and Safety legislation, the Mental Capacity Act and DOLS, safeguarding and GDPR.

You will be based at our brand new, purpose built centre TouchBase Pears - just a short walk from Selly Oak train station.
