Our client are a London-based charity supporting older people to remain independent and stay connected within the community. They offer a range of different services designed with the views and preferences of their service users in mind; from befriending, to practical help and homecare, to intergenerational IT coaching. They are now recruiting for a temporary Administrator to provide administrative support for their 'At Home' domiciliary service.
The 'At Home' domiciliary service offers a variety of individually tailored care packages and support to older people across Kensington and Chelsea, Hammersmith and Fulham and Westminster. The Administrator will coordinate the day to day running of the 'At Home' services, providing administrative support to the team, and ensuring that all records are kept up to date. The Administrator will provide excellent customer care to all vulnerable service users, responding to enquiries, booking all service user appointments and responding to new referrals.
To apply for this role, you must have excellent customer service experience, with demonstrable experience of having worked with vulnerable older people previously. You must have excellent administrative and IT skills, with previous experience of using electronic databases (including Excel) and running reports for monitoring purposes. You must be organised, proactive and passionate about providing an excellent administrative service to support the effective running of a service designed to empower older people.
Please note, this is initially a temporary role but may have the potential of becoming permanent.
