Prospectus is delighted to be supporting a national refugee advice charity that is looking to recruit a new Database Manager to work closely with the Fundraising and Campaigns team.

The Database Manager will lead on the maintenance of the Raiser's Edge database and the e-campaigning and marketing platform, Engaging Networks. You will assist others with ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests, as well as running Gift Aid claims each month. You will also lead on scoping, recommending and implementing new tools, systems and processes.

The successful candidate will have experience of managing a fundraising database at a senior level, such as Raiser's Edge or similar. You will have good working knowledge of GDPR and relevant income processing regulations. Excellent communication skills are required in order to work across the multiple teams and a passion and interest in the caused would be ideal.
