Life changing children's hospital is seeking an acquisition direct marketer to join their Direct Marketing (DM) team
The post holder will take overarching day to day responsibility for delivery of the charity's extensive Direct Dialogue regular giving campaigns, helping to shape and deliver the department's strategy by developing and establishing both existing and new channels to recruit individual donors.
The post holder will work to the Deputy Director (Direct Marketing), contributing to the departmental strategy; producing budget forecasts and reporting on campaign activity.
This role requires a senior member of staff with experience in optimising team and agency partner performance, evaluating strategy and key performance metrics to deliver against challenging targets.
You will be excited by the opportunity to evaluate new audience propositions which will lead to planned giving. You will be experienced in writing compelling business cases, with supporting resource and financial projections to gain investment for testing.
You will understand the challenges of door to door, private site, telephone fundraising, data buying, prospecting and digital campaigning to inform strategy.
We are seeking a candidate who brings expertise to the department's Senior Management Team, in order to act as a consultant on integrated campaign planning.
