We are very excited to lead the search for this brand new vacancy within a highly innovative national health related charity. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced strategic thinker to have monumental impact in relation to a pioneering digital learning platform and service. The role will reside within their Operations Team and will be fulfilled on a contractual basis until December 2019.

You will be responsible for planning, leading and managing the overall work programme, which will ensure that priorities and workflow align across a range of teams and directorates. Alongside overseeing the governance arrangement, you will heavily influence cross-team working and will effectively build strong working relationships, while ensuring concise communications between Heads of Teams and Managers who play a critical role in developing and delivering the various digital learning projects and services.

We need a highly organised and experienced Project Manager, who is skilled at leading on multiple projects and programmes at any one time. It is crucial you have a successful track record of agile ways of working at a senior level and within a rapidly changing environment, as well as proven expertise in building capacity. A history of effectively producing business plans, reporting and budgeting is key, however it is also fundamentally essential that you have exceptional interpersonal and team working skills. It is desired that this person would have succeeded within an incredibly dynamic, agile but also digital working environment, however this is not essential.
