We are partnering with Castlehaven Community Association, an outstanding charity based in the heart of North London who work with local schools, businesses, and residents, as well as local authorities to create and develop long term social change and fulfilment. Following a positive period of growth and a notable restructure, they now seek an Operations Manager to permanently join the team in a role that will have a huge impact across multiple areas.

Tasked with providing overarching support for various project managers largely across HR, finance, quality and compliance, you will build effective and productive relationships internally to ensure that they can fulfil their job effectively. Additionally you will lead on the ongoing development and optimisation of internal processes and procedures while also instilling best practice. You will also be involved in managing contracts as well as maintaining effective communication across projects and ensuring income and expenditure is monitored and reported.

This is an incredibly interpersonal role and will require someone who can spin multiple plates and wear many hats! We are looking for an extremely motivated, dynamic and adaptable individual who also has the emotional intelligence and capacities to manage a variety of different relationships.

The successful candidate will have a background in operations management, ideally gained within a not for profit organisation, a 'frontline' driven charity or even another community focussed NGO, however this is not essential. You will need to be confident at managing personnel and maintaining close but professional relationships. You will also be a quick thinker and natural problem solver, which will allow you to thrive in a vibrant environment where no two days will be the same!
