Prospectus is proud to be partnering with an established cultural organisation as they look to appoint a Grants Administrator. This organisation offers craftspeople and artists the opportunity to further develop both their passion, training and education in their desired professions.

The Grants Administrator will offer broad and comprehensive administrative support to the grants application process. Liaising with the finance and fundraising team, they will coordinate the donor matching process with incredible sensitivity, ensuring that all documents are monitored, updated and distributed in a concise manner. Additionally, this person will upload content onto the charity's website while also having an opportunity to collaborate with the Communications Officer, assisting in promoting their programmes effectively.

The successful candidate will have previous administrative experience and an interest in the arts or the education sector. To succeed within this position, the post holder will be adaptable in their approach, a team player and a strong communicator with the ability to show empathy when dealing with applications. It is essential that this person has a meticulous eye for detail, and is able to deliver their work to a consist and high standard.
