Our client is an organisation that provides a range of housing and varied support services to vulnerable people. Their aim is to support people in achieving their full potential. They are currently going through a large period of growth and have 2 vacancies for Customer Service Assistants. 

Position: Customer Service Assistant 
Location: Bolton Regional Office (commutable from Blackburn, Wigan, Bury and surrounding areas) 
Job type: Full Time, Permanent 
Hours: 35 hours per week 
Salary: £14,412 to £20,778 per annum

About the role: 

Working within a shared administration services centre, the role will be varied. You will be responsible, along with other members of your team, for providing efficient delivery of associated front-line housing services dealing mainly with telephone enquiries and administration. 

About you: 

Experienced in working as part of a team, excellent communication skills and good IT skills are crucial to the successful delivery of these important services to internal and external communication. Previous experience of providing front line services in a busy office environment and working within a shared services environment is essential. 

There will be occasions where out of hours shifts may be required so you must have a flexible approach to working hours 

A Disclosure and Barring Service Enhanced Certificate will be required for these roles.
