Position: Agri-Food Policy Delivery Manager
Location: Stoneleigh, Warwickshire (commutable from Coventry, Warwick and surrounding areas)
Job type: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: circa £53,016.92.

About the role:
Our client are creating an exciting new role in their Food & Farming team to help drive and develop food and agriculture policy and help them make the most of the opportunities for farming post EU exit.
The new position of Agri-food Policy Delivery Manager is a strategically important and cross-sector role that will take responsibility for developing and delivering impactful policy to create the best possible regulatory, trade and policy environment for farm business to succeed. This senior role will require you to work cross - functionally with sector boards and chief advisers, industry supply chains and external organisations with a farming and food interest.
About you:
You will be proven in team and thought leadership, project management and influencing key decision makers. You will have experience of influencing internal and external stakeholders in the public and private sector with a proven track record of delivery.
You will be a clear communicator, comfortable utilising a variety of different media to get right message to the right audience.
This is a self-starting role that will have huge influence in the future of food and farming policy and a critical position in this unique moment that will shape the future of the industry for a generation.
