Description

Key Responsibilities of the role include:

• Support the tailoring and execution of leading category vision & strategy.

• Manage day to day relationships with prioritised customers to unlock opportunities. Lead & manage accounts (major retailer) and Impulse accounts.

• Deliver recommendations for optimal distribution, range, space & merchandising layouts at point of purchase, for the category by channel aligned with category and customer strategies

• Analyse, Review and validate key customer commercial activities for the customers category
  

• Identification of white space growth opportunities to benefit the Category & Brands. Optimise the growth of Brand Innovation ranges.

• Category capability development. Support the development of best in class category teams through supporting the new framework.

Profile

The ideal candidate will posess the following:

• Experience in a category or commercial role, ideally in Impulse channel

• Data agency experience also ideal

• Ability to manage & prioritise Customer and internal work demands

• Excellent relationship building & Customer facing ability & skills

• Impactful and effective written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to influence and challenge thinking and decision making internally & externally
