The CAVA Council is seeking to appoint a new Chief Executive Officer to lead the Cambridge Access Validating Agency. This is an exciting opportunity to help take this membership organisation forward to the next stage of its development. CAVA is a specialist organisation, having the Access to HE Diploma as its sole focus for over 20 years.
You will be an experienced senior executive who will share the vision and values of the organisation and have an open leadership approach. You will support CAVA’s ambitions for collaboration and innovation. As a strategic thinker, you will be able to assess options and actions based on external and internal factors and values of CAVA. You will be responsible for promoting and representing the organisation on a regional and national basis.
