An independent college, they offer a range of degree programmes to students across an array of subjects and qualifications. They are now looking to recruit an interim Student & Academic Marketing and Communications Manager to join their London based team. This role is offered on a six month, fixed term contract.

As their Marketing & Communications Manager, you will provide communication, marketing and student recruitment support to academic departments across the Institute. A pivotal role for them, you will be responsible for the delivery of key processes and events that are crucial in supporting the university to attract and recruit prospective students to their courses. In addition, a fundamental element of your role will be to lead on the development and implementation of creative and innovative marketing and digital campaigns that raise the profile of the institute, which in turn will cultivate and widen the pool of applicants to programmes and courses, as well as increase and diversify their audience.

To be considered, you will possess an in-depth knowledge and substantial experience of student recruitment, combined with demonstrable communication and marketing expertise in a university or educational institution. A professional within your field, you will be educated to degree level or equivalent and possess a professional qualification in Marketing and Communication, or hold equivalent working experience. Due to the external influence of this role, sound experience of digital platforms including social media, websites and new developments is essential, as is working effectively with key internal and external stakeholders.
