Job Details
Are you a confident communicator, who can write compelling stories and build trust with people easily? In this role you will gather personal stories from people who have been helped by the charity, and help to raise awareness and funds for this amazing, well-known organisation who offer care to people living with illnesses and support to their families.
In this role you will:
- Source and interview people volunteering as case studies, collating, updating and promoting new material to key stakeholders across the organisation
- Work closely with the Media team to source and support their stories with case studies
- Develop content and produce powerful quotes to support marketing, fundraising and digital activities
- Develop and maintain relationships, and build trust from the offset
The ideal candidate will:
- Be able to talk to people of all ages and backgrounds about often very personal and difficult issues.
- Create and deliver content for different communication channels
- Have excellent writing, proofreading and copy editing skills
In order to apply for this role you will:
- Professional experience of interviewing people and developing case studies
- Experience of managing needs of internal and external groups
- Experience of maintaining trust in sensitive situations
The role is permanent, based in London, Salary £29,544
