Customer Services Adviser
Our client represents the interests of farmers and growers across England and Wales. Promoting the interests of farmers and growers, they aim to influence decision making at the highest levels to create an environment in which their members can be successful.
Position: Customer Services Adviser
Location: Stoneleigh, Warwickshire (commutable from Coventry, Warwick and surrounding areas)
Job type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday on a shift basis operating between 8:00 am to 6:00pm (7 hours a day)
Salary: circa £18,500 per annum
Benefits: include 25 days annual leave (plus statutory bank holidays, and increasing with service), free parking, National Employment Savings Trust pension scheme, a range of discounts through their Benefits employee portal, and subsidised staff restaurant.
Closing date: 7th April 2019
Interview date: 25th/26th April 2019
About the role:
You will be providing telephone support to a variety of member helplines, signposting members and the public on for further support or addressing their queries. It is therefore essential you have experience of working in a customer service environment dealing with significant call volumes and are able to deliver a fantastic service in an enthusiastic, confident and professional manner. You must have the ability to work within established procedures and enjoy undertaking what can be, at times, routine work. Good Microsoft Office skills are also important.

An excellent communicator, you will work within a team providing accurate, timely and courteous advice in response to queries from the members and the public.

You will have excellent written, skills to be able to convey technical information to a range of people via telephone and email.
