Prospectus is excited to be partnering with a well-known mental health organisation whose mission is for everyone suffering with a mental health problem to receive the right support and respect. Our client is looking for a Senior Community Fundraising Officer for a 12 month FTC to join the community and events fundraising team.

Reporting to the Community Fundraising Manager, the successful candidate will develop, deliver and manage a portfolio of community fundraising and challenge events, and lead a team to deliver a stewardship programme, maximising fundraising potential and achieving their net income targets.

The successful candidate will be experienced in community or events fundraising and be able to set and manage annual budgets. The successful post holder will be expected to contribute to the development of the community fundraising strategy through identifying areas of potential growth. With a tactful and sensitive approach to those dealing with mental health problems, the Senior Community Fundraising Officer will understand and commit to the values and goals of our client.
