Salary: £35,000 pro rata

Position:  12 month FTC

The position:

Our client is a well-known charity brand and they are recruiting a Media Officer.  This is an exciting opportunity to join a large busy award winning media team and to work on ‘hot potato’ issues.  You will deliver national media across key policy campaigns, fundraising, retail and corporate activity.

Requirements:

• You'll have great news sense and be able to develop compelling stories for hard-hitting newspaper articles and broadcast channels.
• You will have experience of a high profile, fast-paced media team, press office or public relations function.
• You will be adept at delivering high quality proactive and reactive communications to promote and protect the organisations profile and reputation.
• You will be available to start within a couple of weeks’ notice ideally.
