Job Details
Our client, a global women's rights charity, are looking for a Fundraising Database Officer to join the team on a temporary basis until they recruit the role permanently. This opportunity will be turned around quickly as they would like the successful candidate to work with the current incumbent for handover.
As the most senior fundraising database specialist, you will be supporting the growth of fundraising income through maintaining the fundraising database (Raisers Edge). Working closely with the Individual Giving Manager, Marketing Officer and wider Fundraising team, you will oversea the development and maintenance of the fundraising database ensuring that others in the fundraising team are effectively using the database to support fundraising initiatives as well as monitoring use against agreed procedures and in line with GDPR and data protection. You will be confident in producing data selections for marketing campaigns, using the reporting and query modules on the database to produce reports for senior management as well as maintain the procedures for data entry ensuring data protection requirements are being met across the organisation.
