FUNDRAISING MANAGER, WEST SUSSEX

Salary: £27,000-£29,000 pa, depending on experience.

Location: Based in Bognor Regis – covering West Sussex.

Hours: 35 hours per week (some occasional evenings and weekends) with an 18 Month Contract (extension dependent upon the availability of Funding

We are seeking a dynamic and proven fundraiser with the energy, drive and communication skills to increase our income and build and maintain long term supporter and donor relationships.

You will have extensive experience in the following areas of fundraising - community, corporate, events, major giving and legacies. You will be confident managing a team, developing and working to a fundraising strategy, building new supporter/donor relationships and growing income, and have a track record of achieving ambitious targets.

We are the leading sight loss charity in West Sussex making a positive difference in the lives of over 4000 visually impaired people each year. We offer an employee health benefit scheme, a defined contribution pension scheme and the exciting opportunity to lead and manage our Supporter fundraising across West Sussex.

Utilising your skills, experience and knowledge, you will help to develop 4Sight Vision Support’s fundraising strategy, focusing on maximising the value, diversity and longevity of the supporter relationship portfolio. You will be managing relationships from day-to-day donations through to legacy gifts ensuring that supporters benefit from fully communicated programmes of information, events and opportunities.

In addition to your fundraising knowledge and your managements skills, you are also an inspiring professional possessing a confident, bright and warm personality that builds trust and promotes a positive image of 4Sight Vision Support and of the visually impaired community of people we support.
