Membership and Appraisal Coordinator

Prospectus is supporting a professional body made up of health specialists who help people stay in work and live full healthy lives, to recruit their new Membership and Appraisals Coordinator.
Please be advised this role has flexibility to be full-time or part-time for four days per week.
The overall purpose of this role is to support the organisation with the smooth running of their membership and appraisal processes, enabling the organisation to maintain and expand relationships and processes. Day to day duties will include acting as a point of contact, processing appraisal applications, updating and maintaining records, taking minutes at meetings, updating the website and preparing for and attending training days. You will play a key role in supporting the overall membership process including processing new membership applications, processing payments, raising invoices, sending membership updates and conducting regular analytical and statistical reporting. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop new membership schemes and packs including the welcome pack for new members.
To be considered for this role it is essential to have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to demonstrate exceptional attention to detail.This role is ideally suited to someone who is keen to work in a creative and buzzing environment, allowing you to build and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ideally you will have excellent administration skills with some knowledge of using CRM Systems. Experience of using CiviCRM is desirable, and we are ideally looking for candidates who are available immediately.
