They are looking to recruit a new Admissions Data Officer to provide an efficient and professional admissions service to students.

As the institution's Admissions Data Officer, you will act as the first point of contact for all student admissions queries, assisting students where necessary. You will be responsible for processing student applications in an accurate and timely manner, ensuring all applications are acknowledged and confirming students' enrolment onto relevant courses and workshops. With a high level of attention to detail, you will ensure all student data is captured and imputed accurately, along with identifying anomalies and recommending improvements to ensure data is recorded appropriately. As the Admissions Data Officer, you will provide an advisory service to prospective students, providing high quality customer service. The post holder will have sole responsibility for all day to day admissions activities, together with maintaining a thorough understanding of the institute's and national admissions policies.

The successful candidate will be a proven professional with previous administration experience within further or higher education, and have a thorough understanding of the full student lifecycle. You will have demonstrable admissions experience with experience of working in a data entry role or similar post. You will possess exceptional communication skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. You will be educated to degree level or equivalent, with strong MS office skills along with the ability to work proactively and efficiently.
