Job Details
As CRM/Retention Manager your role will be to manage a few key projects over the next 5-6 months. You will be working on the production of a key bi-annual mailer which is sent out to existing donors and showcases the work of the charity and gives more suggestions of how donors could get more involved in fund raising.
You will also work across the team to look at key missed opportunities to maximise the value of each donor and how else they could be engaging with the charity across different product/propositions that they offer.
You can come from any sector background at all - the CRM programme creation skillset is the key part. Immediate start.
