An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team at the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Medicine (FPM). We are a charity and professional membership organisation and all our members are medically qualified. As a charity, all our work must aim to bring benefits to patients and the wider community.
We are recruiting a Revalidation Administrator, a key role within our revalidation team, to co-ordinate FPM’s medical revalidation appraisals. Revalidation is the process by which all doctors who are licensed with the General Medical Council in the United Kingdom are required to demonstrate on a regular basis that they are up to date and fit to practise in their chosen field.
The role involves regular contact with both appraisers and appraisees who are doctors and members of FPM. Managing electronic data, responding to enquiries and organising training events are also central aspects. This post is offered on a full-time basis, but we are happy to consider applicants who wish to apply for the role on a part-time basis (0.8 FTE).
