Reward and HR Data Analyst

The London office which you'll be working in is based in the heart of central London, close to Oxford Circus tube station.
The main purpose of this interesting job is to promote the organisation and best HR practice. You'll oversee all the activity relating to pay and reward.
The main duties of this important job is to manage the pay and benefits for the organisation. This includes initiatives such as the cycle to work scheme and vouchers for long service. You'll be working closely with benefit providers and undertaking key research to help benchmark pay structures and salary grades. Furthermore you'll have the chance to collate all the data and produce reports for the SMT with your findings.
One key project will be seeing through the implementation of a change to their GPP scheme provider as well as introducing a salary sacrifice option for contributions on 1st April
