Prospectus is excited to be collaborating with a research led sports and gender charity to recruit their new Insight Manager.
Reporting to the Head of Insight and Innovation, the overall purpose of this role is to use insight to drive change through campaigns and policy change, as well as work with external partners to champion gender equality within sport. You will play a key role in supporting the organisation to continue building their reputation as an expert in this field. Along with managing two direct reports, day to day duties will include designing and managing both qualitative and quantative projects including briefings, writing and creating questionnaires and discussion guides, as well as reporting and presenting findings.You will commission research with external agencies, involving presenting findings externally at meetings and events. In addition, you will manage and monitor budget and expenditure as well as line managing two Insight Officers.
To be considered for this role it is essential to have experience within a research and insight related position involving both qualitative and quantative techniques. It is essential to have a good knowledge of online and offline research methodologies and tools. The placed candidate will have experience of conducting qualitative interviews and focus groups using Survey Monkey or a similar software. The role is ideally suited to someone with a background in working with agencies, and with excellent analytical and numerate skills, particularly with interpreting data. Survey design and analysis is a key requirement for this role and ideally you will have some experience of line managing direct reports or a small team.
