It is an incredibly exciting time to contribute to the wider strategy following receipt of direct investment to recruit a driven and pragmatic digital specialist, this person will ensure a future focussed approached to integrating digital, information and communications systems effectively throughout the organisation.  
            
You will be heavily involved with the management, drive and delivery of digital projects that will be fundamental to broader organisational success. You will actively consider strategies that will enhance their reach to wider audiences while being responsible for staff consultation, planning, budget control, compliance and effective implementation of key projects. You will build effective relationships internally, as well as externally, with various outsourced and specialist IT partners. You will also regularly analyse functions across the organisation to identify and implement options for continual improvements to efficiency and effectiveness.      
       
It is essential that you have demonstrable experience in leading and delivering projects relating to digital, data and/or ICT, while also having a keen interest in operational transformation. We are seeking someone who has a developed understanding and experience of re-engineering processes and systems change with experience in all stages of a system development lifecycle. The ability to build productive relationships with agencies, suppliers and stakeholders of all types is also a requirement, as is a detailed knowledge and understanding of the practical consequences of GDPR. Experience within the charity sector is not essential, however an understanding of service delivery would be desirable.
