Job Details

You will work alongside external consultants to ensure effective system configuration and data migration. You will act as the lead system administrator, managing and addressing user issues as they arise. Alongside this main implementation you will oversee the management of other delivery and back office systems. You will participate in and potentially lead new systems projects as they commence, acting as the link between these and our wider systems architecture.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract.

-Steward the overall integrity of the Salesforce system by ensuring all changes are effectively and securely implemented.
-Map the processes and workflows that exist in Salesforce system so that there are clear records for future reference and training.
-Work alongside the I.T. Manager and support desk to ensure effective integration of delivery systems with the wider I.T. infrastructure
-Work closely with the Communications team to ensure that our delivery systems are effectively integrated with our website
-Support research and delivery staff to build effective data reports and KPI dashboards.
-Ensure that information stored on these systems is secure and compliant with audit and data protection requirements
-Put in place a process for the continuous improvement of existing systems. Collate feedback from colleagues and use to inform and prioritise system development.
