Our client is looking for a talented Individual Giving Manager to be instrumental in developing and delivering an individual giving strategy and leading on the stewardship of individual donors.

Position: Individual Giving Manager

Salary: Circa £35,000 per annum dependent on experience

Location: Farnborough, Hampshire

Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week, 9am – 5.30pm. Some out of hours working will be required.

As Individual Giving Manager you will develop, agree and implement an individual giving strategy, to include acquisition and retention across a range of channels and donor segments, including high value, regular giving and in memory giving.

About You:

You will be a talented and highly motivated individual with a proven track record in growing revenue and securing long term support through Individual Giving.

You will have experience of managing an individual marketing programme across both donor acquisition and development. With the ability to identify individual giving opportunities, you will develop and implement a range of communications and donor journey’s using all channels to increase engagement, loyalty and life time value.

Data analysis and insight will be a key strength enabling you to successfully deliver on ambitious targets.

As part of the senior fundraising team you will make a key contribution to the overall fundraising plan enabling our client to raise over £12m annually.
