Harris Hill are recruiting for a Head of Finance and Operations for this well-established International Development Charity based in London

You will need excellent financial management and planning skills, systems and processes, with a focus on continuous improvement.

As Head of Finance and Operations, you will be a core member of the Senior Management Team, with overall responsibility for financial strategy and management, as well as ensuring that all internal systems and processes work effectively and efficiently.

This is a very demanding job, which requires excellent knowledge of accounting best practice, financial systems, quality assurance, HR and IT issues.

The job is a good mix of financial management, systems development, line management and quality assurance. Operations experience in HR, IT, Admin, risk management are advantageous
