Workforce Development Advisor (Mat cover)
We are working with a fantastic non-departmental public body (NDPB) who are looking for a Workforce Development Advisor to cover a maternity leave till January 2020.
This NDPB has recently been through some operational changes and is expecting this role to assist the Workforce Development Manager in numerous projects, the first being implementing a new culture of digital working through shaping ideas and using e-learning.
The organisation uses Ciphr as their HRIS and is looking to grow the use of this as well as tender and implement a new LMS to match. So, if you have experience in implementation and managing an LMS data base please do consider applying.
You are not expected to deliver learning sessions to the 300 staff but more coordinate between inhouse and out bound training suppliers to provide quality sessions across the 12 national offices.
Please note the location of this positing will initially be Zone 1 near Victoria however this will move half way through the contract to a location near Tower Hill so you must be able to travel to both.
This role is paying between £26,000 and £29,000 pro rata and will require you start as soon as possible meaning if you have a 2 week notice or less you should consider applying.
