Job Details
TPP are currently supporting a well-known health charity who are looking for an Individual Giving & Legacy Manager to join their continuously growing team!
As part of the management team your role will be responsible for taking the lead on Individual Giving and Legacy fundraising. Using your current fundraising experience, you will create strategy and deliver a direct marketing programme for both supporter acquisition and retention. An exciting time for the charity, this is a newly created role and will be line managing two executives who will provide key support for you.
With the charity's individual giving and legacy income streams already having a great basis, this role will truly be about building and developing these in your own way. Joining a collaborative team this position will be greatly supported and offers brilliant opportunity for personal development.
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience of implementing and managing direct marketing programmes
- Confidence in forming effective fundraising strategies with a focus on either individual giving or legacies
- Good understanding of setting and managing budgets
- Self-starter attitude and passion to work closely with beneficiaries
