A leading health charity are looking for a Regional Fundraising Manager to join the team on a 1-year maternity cover contract (home based). Supporting and managing the regional fundraising team you will also be working on the strategy with the other managers. Exciting time to join!

Duties and responsibilities

- Lead the Regional fundraising team efficiently and effectively, working with the Head of Community and Events on the strategy and budget
- Increase Community fundraising income and retention through engaging and high-quality supporter journeys (ensuring supporter care is of high quality)
- Work closely with the Supporter Engagement Fundraising Manager to ensure that processes and procedures are followed across the team
- Manage the Regional Fundraising team including doing regular 1:1s, supervisions, appraisals and developing members of staff in their roles
- Continually review and update any community fundraising materials as required

Skills and experience needed: 

- Educated to degree level, or equivalent
- Experience of using databases
- Experience of building positive relationships, networking and/or customer service
- Experience of setting and delivering income and expenditure budgets
- Experience of line management, including motivating, managing, coaching and developing staff
- Experience of delivering successful presentations

Full clean driving license and access to own car is also needed in this role
